We offer a competitive salary of $80,000 - $110,000 per year, depending on experience, plus benefits and opportunities for growth and development.
About the RoleThe Registered Professional Nurse assesses, coordinates, plans, directs, implements, and manages the needs of assigned patients throughout the episode of care with a focus on progress toward discharge. This includes during transitions within the acute care stay. The nurse is responsible for the delivery and coordination of patient care provided by the caregiving team, ensuring that competent and compassionate patient care is uniformly provided to customers, including referring facilities, hospital staff, and patients in inpatient, ambulatory, and community settings.
Key Responsibilities
- Assess patients' physical and emotional needs
- Develop and implement individualized care plans
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure seamless care transitions
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records
RequirementsTo be successful in this role, you will need:
- A current RN license in the state of New York
- At least 1 year of experience in a medical-surgical setting
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
