At Atlanta Women's Health Group, P.C., we are seeking a highly skilled OB/GYN Care Specialist to join our team. This is a full-time opportunity that offers a competitive salary of $45,000 - $60,000 per year, depending on experience.

Job Description:

The OB/GYN Care Specialist will be responsible for providing administrative and clinical support to our physicians and medical staff. Key responsibilities include preparing treatment rooms, interviewing patients, assisting with examinations and procedures, and maintaining medical supplies.

This role requires strong communication and organizational skills, as well as the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment. A high school diploma or equivalent is required, with an associate's degree preferred. Certification as a Medical Assistant is also required.

Responsibilities:

  • Prepare treatment rooms before and after patient examinations
  • Interview patients to obtain and record medical history, vital statistics, and test results
  • Assist physicians and mid-level providers during patient examinations and in-office procedures
  • Maintain medical supplies, clean and sterilize equipment, and dispose of contaminated materials
  • Triage patient phone calls and respond to messages in a timely manner

Requirements:

  • High school diploma or equivalent required; associate's degree preferred
  • Certification as a Medical Assistant required
  • 1+ years of experience in OB/GYN practice, eClinical Works EMR, and Basis Life Support/CPR certification a plus
