Essential Duties:

As a Beauty Advisor, your responsibilities will include:

  • Executing key job responsibilities proficiently.
  • Maintaining consistent attendance and adhering to company policies.
  • Learning and complying with company standards and protocols.
  • Responding to guidance from supervisors and collaborating effectively within a team.
  • Managing multiple tasks efficiently in a dynamic environment.
  • Completing required company training programs.
  • Demonstrating basic math, reading, and computer skills.
  • Utilizing technology equipment as necessary.
  • Availability for flexible scheduling, including weekends.

Physical Demands:

  • Ability to lift up to 50 lbs regularly and occasionally more with assistance.
  • Performing physical activities such as bending, reaching, and lifting.
  • Standing for extended periods and visually inspecting merchandise.
  • Wearing protective gear and working in various conditions.

Minimum Qualifications:

  • Genuine passion for beauty products.
  • 3+ years of experience in retail or service-oriented roles.
  • Excellent communication skills with the ability to persuade others.
  • Curiosity and eagerness to learn.
  • Commitment to diversity and inclusivity in the workplace.

Compensation: Starting pay is $15.60 per hour.
