Aase Haugen Senior Services is a leading provider of senior care services, offering a range of programs and services to support the health and well-being of our residents and community members. We are seeking a highly skilled and compassionate Nurse Manager to join our team.
Responsibilities- Provide direct patient care and oversee the nursing staff in a healthcare setting.
- Assess patient needs, develop care plans, and implement appropriate interventions.
- Administer medications and treatments as prescribed.
- Monitor patient vital signs and response to treatment.
- Collaborate with physicians and other healthcare professionals to ensure quality patient care.
- Supervise and mentor nursing staff, providing guidance and support.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date medical documentation.
- LPN or RN licensure required.
- Strong knowledge of physiology and anatomy.
- Ability to administer assessments, treatments, and medication accurately and safely.
- Familiarity with medical documentation and terminology.
- Competitive hourly rate starting at $32.30/hour for new LPNs and up to $44.00/hour for experienced RNs.
