Job Overview

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead and manage a team of Sales Associates to achieve sales targets and provide exceptional customer service
  • Develop and implement visual merchandising standards to enhance store appearance and drive sales
  • Oversee inventory management, including ordering, receiving, and stocking of merchandise
  • Monitor and analyze sales data to inform business decisions and optimize store operations
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with local Boy Scouts of America Council and associated council camps
Requirements
  • Bachelor's Degree preferred
  • 2+ years retail management experience
  • 3+ years of retail sales experience
  • Excellent customer service, leadership, and communication skills
  • Ability to work flexible schedule (days, evenings, and Saturdays)
  • Knowledge of Scouting Program preferred
  • Able to effectively communicate written and verbally
  • Able to comprehend basic financial reports and Profit & Loss Statements
  • Strong interpersonal and ethical behavior to manage our assets and employees
  • Valid Driver's License
  • Proficient in MS Office, Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint
