Key Responsibilities:- Sales Direction and Leadership: Foster strong relationships with clients and homeowners to ensure complete satisfaction.
- Production Experience: Collaborate with field staff to ensure timely, budget-friendly, and high-quality custom home construction.
- Administration: Oversee profit and loss statements, financials, and staff management.
- Field Operations: Manage daily tasks, including phone calls, sales traffic, deliveries, site meetings, and job inspections.
- Staff Management: Recruit, hire, train, mentor, and supervise employees, subcontractors, and vendors.
- Community Engagement: Network with local contacts and negotiate with subcontractors and suppliers.
- Financial Management: Review overhead and general profit and loss statements, as well as individual job margins.
- Customer Service: Address field customer concerns and obtain special pricing for building consultants.
