About the RoleThis is a .9 FTE, night shift opening (7pm-7:30am, 3, 12 hour shifts per week) with rotating weekends. You will have the opportunity to work with a talented team of healthcare professionals who are dedicated to delivering world-class care to our patients.
Responsibilities- Provide high-quality patient care to cardiac transplant patients, including pre- and post-operative care, medication management, and wound care.
- Collaborate with the interdisciplinary team to develop and implement individualized care plans that meet the unique needs of each patient.
- Participate in ongoing education and training to stay current with the latest advancements in cardiac transplant care.
- Contribute to a positive and supportive work environment by promoting open communication, teamwork, and a culture of safety.
- Graduation from an accredited nursing program.
- Current Oregon Registered Nurse License.
- Current National Provider BLS - American Heart Association certification.
- Current National Provider ACLS - American Heart Association certification within 90 days of hire.
- At least 1 year of nursing experience.
