Culinary Artist

At Harrah's Cherokee Casino Resort, we are seeking a skilled Cook II to join our team in the kitchen. As a key member of our culinary staff, you will be responsible for preparing and cooking a variety of dishes to meet the high standards of our customers.

The ideal candidate will have at least 90 days of experience as a Cook I or one year of cooking experience outside of a casino. They will possess excellent interpersonal skills, be able to operate and maintain various kitchen equipment, and demonstrate problem-solving abilities with quick mathematical computations.

In this role, you will:

1. Prepare and cook meals according to established recipes and presentation standards.
