The Registered Nurse Supervisor plays a crucial role in delivering skilled nursing care and oversight to clients in accordance with their individualized service plans and the core values of Sanzie Healthcare Services, Inc. The responsibilities include:
- Collaborating in the development and execution of the client's service plan alongside the care team.
- Providing nursing services on an hourly basis or per visit to ensure professional care standards are met.
- Conducting regular assessments of the client's nursing needs.
- Performing initial in-home evaluations to assess the client's condition.
- Delivering nursing interventions as outlined in the client's service plan.
- Engaging with clients and their families to evaluate their home care needs.
- Communicating any issues or progress regarding the client's health to supervisors and medical personnel.
- Overseeing the work of Certified Nursing Assistants (CNAs) and other home health aides.
- Conducting annual assessments and performance evaluations of personal care aides through direct observation.

- Reporting any changes in the client's condition to their physician.
- Demonstrating expertise in medication management tailored to the client's age and clinical status.
