ESY Nurse

We are seeking a qualified Registered Nurse to join our team at West Aurora High School for the Extended School Year (ESY) program.

The ESY Registered Nurse will provide medical support and care to students with special needs during the ESY program. The successful candidate will have a current Illinois license in good standing, experience as a Registered School Nurse, and a strong understanding of student medical and feeding needs.

• Provide medical support and care to students with special needs
• Document student well-being and health-related needs
• Monitor health-related action plans
• Collaborate with school staff to ensure student health and well-being

• Current Illinois license in good standing
• Registered School Nurse certification
• Understanding of student medical and feeding needs
• Standard first aid and CPR certification
• Valid certification for AED
