    • Stock and clean glassware, and check soda tanks to ensure they are full and secured properly.
    • Perform opening and closing side work according to standards to ensure that guests are served promptly and efficiently.
  • Teamwork and Communication
    • Work effectively with other team members to ensure seamless service and a positive guest experience.
    • Communicate clearly and professionally with guests, managers, and fellow employees.
  • Quality and Safety
    • Follow all state liquor laws and regulations, and ensure that guests are served responsibly.
    • Maintain a clean and organized bar area, and adhere to all health and safety standards.
Requirements
  • Education and Experience
    • High School graduate or equivalent preferred.
    • Must be 21 years of age or older.
    • Ability to operate a computerized POS system, make change, and accurately conduct credit card transactions.
  • Skills and Qualifications
    • Ability to effectively communicate in English (verbal and written).
    • Must have a courteous, friendly, and professional demeanor with guests and coworkers.
    • Ability to stand, walk, and carry food trays with two hands for prolonged periods of time.
Working Conditions

The Bartender will work in a fast-paced, team environment, and will be required to stand, walk, and carry food trays with two hands for prolonged periods of time. The ideal candidate will be able to work effectively in a team environment, and will be able to communicate clearly and professionally with guests, managers, and fellow employees.
