Job Summary

IntelyCare is seeking Licensed Practical Nurses (LPNs) to join our team of healthcare professionals. As an LPN with IntelyCare, you will have the flexibility to choose your own shifts and work at various healthcare facilities in your area.

Key Responsibilities
  • Deliver post-acute care to residents, including monitoring their physical and mental wellbeing and tracking vital signs.
  • Perform intakes of residents, documenting their health concerns and medical histories.
  • Review medical records and charts of residents, and help maintain appropriate levels of medical supplies.
  • Contribute to a safe and comfortable environment for residents, and assist with IV set up, vaccinations, and phlebotomies.
  • Be accountable for following and adhering to care plans for residents, and help medical staff with orientation and training.
Requirements
  • High school graduation, GED, or equivalent.
