InSite Technician

Clean Harbors is seeking a highly skilled InSite Technician to join our team. As an InSite Technician, you will be responsible for conducting chemical pickups, bulking, and consolidation, as well as ensuring proper packaging of waste to maximize efficiency and maintain compliance.

• Conduct chemical pickups throughout customer facilities as directed.
• Bulk and consolidate chemicals as required.
• Ensure proper packaging of waste to maximize efficiency and maintain compliance.
• Participate in spill response on customer sites as needed.
• Attend all compliance and safety update meetings.
• Inspect drums for container integrity and regulatory compliance.
• Operate forklifts in a safe manner.
• Responsible for the safe loading and unloading of waste hauling vehicles.
• Conduct waste stream sampling and profiling as necessary.

• High School or Equivalent
• 0 to 3 Years of Experience
• 40 Hour OSHA Certification
• DOT Training
• Forklift Training
• Grade 4 Industrial Wastewater License (Preferred)

This position requires frequent standing, lifting, pushing, pulling, carrying, reaching, grasping, stooping, crouching, climbing, speaking, listening, sitting, and walking. The manual lifting of up to 80 pounds is also required.

This position requires the ability to work in a fast-paced environment with frequent exposure to chemicals and other hazardous materials. The ability to wear personal protective equipment (PPE) is also required.
