Speech Therapist Home Health PRN

Pinnacle Home Care Inc. is seeking a dedicated and compassionate Speech Therapist to join our team of skilled home health care providers. As a Speech Therapist, you will provide high-quality Speech Therapy services to patients in their homes, working closely with our interdisciplinary team to deliver exceptional care.

Responsibilities:
  • Establish and implement Speech Therapy treatment plans in consultation with physicians and revise as necessary.
  • Develop and implement interdisciplinary client care plans as it pertains to Speech Therapy.
  • Communicate effectively with team members and instruct them in speech pathology techniques as needed.
  • Teach, supervise, and counsel clients and their families in the total Speech Therapy program and related problems.
  • Record evaluation data, treatments, and client responses to therapeutic intervention in a timely manner.
  • Evaluate the effectiveness of speech pathology intervention and update client care plans as needed.
Requirements:
  • Graduate of an accredited Speech Therapy program or equivalent education.
  • Good emotional health and ability to physically tolerate standing, stooping, and bending.
  • Self-directed and able to work with minimal supervision.
  • Good observational, judgment, and communication skills.
