Key Responsibilities- Provide direct patient care, including monitoring patients before, during, and after dialysis treatment.
- Perform technician duties, such as measuring and recording vital signs, patient observations, and hemodialysis machine setup.
- Collaborate with the healthcare team to ensure seamless patient care and continuous improvement of processes.
- Build long-term relationships with patients and educate them on kidney dialysis-related topics.
- Work under the supervision of a registered nurse and contribute to a cross-functional team of clinicians.
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Comfortable working around blood and needles.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays.
- Physical and mental ability to work long hours on your feet.
- Willingness to train and work across multiple clinics within the territory as needed.
