Overview:

As a vital member of our team at Takeda Pharmaceuticals, you will play a crucial role in managing the daily operations of our Plasma Donation Centers. Your leadership will directly impact the quality of plasma collected, which is essential for creating life-saving medications.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Supervise and evaluate employee performance, ensuring effective scheduling and operational efficiency.
  • Lead efforts in Inventory Control and oversee operational processes to maintain high standards.
  • Engage with donors to address and resolve any concerns, fostering a positive donation experience.
  • Analyze and identify opportunities for improvement in response to non-conforming events.
  • Perform essential tasks in Medical History, Phlebotomy, and Sample Processing areas.
  • Encourage teamwork and facilitate conflict resolution among staff.

Qualifications:

  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Certification in Cardiopulmonary Resuscitation (CPR) and AED.
  • Physical ability to perform frequent bending, reaching, and lifting up to 50 pounds.
  • Fine motor skills and the ability to monitor equipment effectively.
  • Willingness to adhere to safety protocols, including prolonged glove wear due to potential exposure to bloodborne pathogens.
