Job Summary

CVS Health is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Field Colleague Trainer to join our Enterprise Learning, Development and Performance team. As a critical team member, you will play a key role in training our company's highest volume roles and driving innovative, engaging, and measurable training experiences that improve colleague sentiment and business outcomes.

Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct virtual and live classroom training for select programs, including NCO, PREP, and ASHP
  • Manage trainees through the LearnRx2.0 training program to ensure completion within the expected timeline
  • Monitor and assess engagement and execution progress to identify opportunities and provide mitigation plans as necessary
  • Schedule new hires in the SDS as defined within the training program's structure
  • Identify eligible colleagues at SDS locations, assign, and facilitate required training for them to become coaches
  • Assess Skill Development Store coaching environments and escalate gaps to field leaders for mitigation
  • Monitor dashboard daily to identify and address opportunities that may impact the experience or execution of the program
  • Partner with store team and district leaders to ensure colleague graduation from the LRx program
Requirements
  • 1+ years' experience in customer service, training delivery, or relevant work experience
  • Nationally Certified Technician (CPhT via PTCB or ExCPT) or commit to becoming nationally certified within 6 months of hire
  • Licensed/Registered Technician within the state of hire
Preferred Qualifications
  • Training Certificate or Licenses
