Job Overview

- Automotive Valet Operations Supervisor
As the Automotive Valet Operations Supervisor, you will be accountable for the effective management and financial performance of our client’s dealership account. This role involves direct reporting to the District Manager and necessitates daily supervision of the dealership operations and our onsite personnel.

Compensation: $42,000 - $50,000 annually plus monthly performance incentives.
Work Schedule: Monday to Friday, 7:00 AM to 4:00 PM.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Recruit, train, and oversee staff members.
  • Manage employee schedules and daily responsibilities.
  • Collaborate with HR and the District Manager to implement company policies and strategies.
  • Ensure compliance with all DealerFLEX standard operating procedures as established with our client.
  • Conduct daily safety operation reviews.
  • Schedule regular monthly meetings with client account representatives.
  • Review payroll and timekeeping records.
  • Support the budgeting process.
  • Provide ongoing training and education for staff regarding safety and service protocols as detailed in the employee handbook.
  • Mentor and evaluate team members to identify those with management potential.
  • Execute additional tasks and responsibilities as necessary for the safe and efficient management of assigned accounts.
Qualifications:
  • Valid driver's license.
  • At least 5 years of driving experience.
  • Clean motor vehicle record without recent violations.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
  • Keen attention to detail.
  • Excellent communication skills.
