**Key Responsibilities**

  • Provide medical dermatology services with the option to practice cosmetic dermatology if desired.
  • Develop and maintain a loyal patient base through excellent patient care and communication.

**Requirements**

  • Board Certified or Board Eligible dermatology physician.
  • State of Indiana or eligible physician license.
