The Physician Empire is seeking a skilled Family Medicine Physician to join our team in a permanent position. This opportunity offers a unique blend of clinical practice and personal fulfillment.
Key Highlights
- Outpatient Practice: Work in a dynamic outpatient setting, providing high-quality patient care in a fast-paced environment.
- Flexible Scheduling: Enjoy a flexible schedule with clinic hours between 8 am and 5 pm, Monday through Friday.
- Call Schedule: Participate in a 1:7 weekday call schedule, with telephone calls only and rotation between physicians.
- Weekend Coverage: Share weekend coverage with colleagues, with approximately 2 weekends per year and several weekday evenings.
- Productivity Requirements: Meet the requirement of 32 to 36 Patient Contact Hours over the course of the work week.
- Compensation and Benefits: Enjoy a two-year guaranteed salary, lucrative signing/retention bonuses, and a comprehensive benefit package designed exclusively for physicians.
