Job Summary
The Metal Surface Finishing Expert plays a crucial role in preparing metal components and applying various surface treatments, including powder coating, painting, and chemical treatments. This position requires the ability to read and interpret engineering documents to ensure quality and precision in all tasks.
Key Responsibilities
1. Conduct metal preparation processes such as grit blasting, surface abrasion, and deburring.
2. Apply surface finishes to aircraft components with a focus on quality and adherence to specifications.
3. Follow detailed work instructions and document manufacturing data as required.
4. Interpret engineering drawings to guide activities and perform quality inspections of completed work.
Qualifications
