Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage patient timelines and deadlines, ensuring timely completion of tasks and effective communication with patients and providers.
  • Coordinate patient care, including scheduling appointments, communicating with providers, and ensuring accurate and timely documentation.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with patients, providers, and internal stakeholders, ensuring effective communication and collaboration.
  • Identify and resolve patient care issues, providing solutions and recommendations to improve patient outcomes.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements and internal policies.

Requirements:

  • Fluency in Spanish and English, with excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills, with ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Excellent customer service skills, with ability to provide empathetic and supportive care to patients and families.
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment, with strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and ability to learn new software and systems quickly.
