Swim Instructor

Water You Wading For is seeking a highly motivated and enthusiastic Swim Instructor to join our team. As a Swim Instructor, you will be responsible for teaching swim lessons to students of all ages and skill levels.

• Teach swim lessons to students of all ages and skill levels
• Ensure the safety of students in the pool
• Develop and implement lesson plans to meet the needs of students
• Communicate effectively with students and parents
• Work collaboratively with other instructors and staff members

• Must have intermediate swim experience and be able to demonstrate swim strokes
• Must be able to work in the water for periods of up to 5 hours
• Must have strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Must be able to work in a fast-paced environment
