Job Title: Operating Room Tech / Surgical Technician

Cross Country Nurses is seeking a skilled Operating Room Tech / Surgical Technician to join our team for a travel assignment in Williston, North Dakota.

Job Summary:

As an Operating Room Tech / Surgical Technician, you will play a critical role in ensuring the smooth operation of surgical procedures. Your duties will include preparing the operating room, assisting surgeons and nurses, maintaining sterile conditions, and transporting patients to and from surgery.

Responsibilities:
  • Prepares the operating room and surgical equipment for procedures
  • Assists surgeons and nurses during surgical operations
  • Maintains sterile conditions and ensures aseptic technique
  • Transports patients to and from surgery
  • Collaborates with the surgical team to ensure efficient and safe procedures
Requirements:
  • Nationally Certified in Surgical Technology (NBSTSA)
  • Minimum 1 year of recent acute Surg Tech experience
  • BLS Certification
  • Trauma Experience preferred, not required
  • Travel experience preferred, not required
