We are seeking a skilled and friendly Concessions Bar Attendant to join our team at Compass Group USA. As a Concessions Bar Attendant, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and ensuring a positive experience for our guests.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Prepare and serve beverages to guests in a timely and courteous manner.
  • Adhere to state, federal, and corporate liquor regulations pertaining to serving alcoholic beverages to minors and intoxicated guests.
  • Set up and maintain assigned bars, including requisitioning and stocking all necessary supplies.
  • Prepare and store fresh fruit and vegetable garnishes, juices, and other perishables to ensure product quality.
  • Take and process orders for drinks, mix, garnish, and present drinks using standard ingredient recipes.
  • Check guests for proper identification and detect and act upon guest inebriation as trained.
  • Receive cash from guests, make change, verify validity of charges, and record charges.
  • Perform general cleaning tasks to adhere to health and safety standards and maintain a clean and organized work area.
Requirements:
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and provide exceptional customer service.
  • Knowledge of liquor laws and regulations.
  • Ability to lift and carry heavy objects and stand for long periods of time.
  • Basic math skills and ability to handle cash and operate a point-of-sale system.
