We are seeking a dynamic and compassionate clinician to join our multidisciplinary team in treating children, adolescents, and their families in a supportive and trauma-informed outpatient setting.
Key Responsibilities- Deliver direct clinical services such as individual, group, or family psychotherapy, crisis intervention, case management, and outreach services.
- Develop and implement comprehensive treatment plans in collaboration with the interdisciplinary team.
- Provide mental health consultation and education to patients, families, and community members.
- Participate in weekly supervision and ongoing professional development to enhance clinical skills and knowledge.
- Masters Degree in Social Work, Counseling, Psychology, or related field.
- 2-3 years post-graduate experience working with children and/or adolescents.
- NJ License, LSW, LAC, LCSW, LPC, or Licensed Clinical Psychologist.
