Restaurant Manager - Chili's

As a Restaurant Manager at Chili's, you'll be responsible for ensuring a great Guest experience, role modeling and holding Team Members accountable to operational and quality standards, and fostering open communication between Team Members and Management.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Fostering open communication between Team Members and Management
  • Influencing Team Member behaviors by championing change and restaurant initiatives
  • Leading with heart and mind
  • Driving business results by utilizing Chili's systems to effectively control costs
  • Following operational systems, such as our Manager Timeline and performing quality Line Checks
  • Hiring, training, retaining, and developing Team Members to take on larger roles
  • Driving Guest engagement within the four walls of the restaurant while developing relationships within the community
  • Understanding and practicing safe food handling procedures
  • Communicating and embodying Chili's culture and Cultural Beliefs: Every Guest Counts, Food Perfection, Be Accountable, Play Restaurant
