**Job Summary:**

As a Meat Cutter at Food City, you will be responsible for cutting, trimming, chopping, and grinding meat and seafood products. You will also be responsible for tray and wrapping product to display it for customers, maintaining a variety of high-quality, fresh product for customers, handling freight, organizing coolers, and assisting with ordering product. Additionally, you will operate electric meat saws, grinders, and other meat processing equipment.

**Key Responsibilities:**

• Cut, trim, chop, and grind meat and seafood products to meet customer demand
• Tray and wrap product to display it for customers
• Maintain a variety of high-quality, fresh product for customers
• Handle freight, organize coolers, and assist with ordering product
• Operate electric meat saws, grinders, and other meat processing equipment

**Requirements:**

• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• Strong communication and teamwork skills
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds
• High school diploma or equivalent required
