Job Title: Audiologist

The Audiologist is a vital member of our team at Northwest ENT Associates, P.C., responsible for diagnosing and treating hearing and balance disorders in patients of all ages. With a focus on providing personalized and professional services, our Audiologist plays a crucial role in improving patient outcomes and quality of life.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Conduct comprehensive hearing evaluations for pediatric and adult patients, assessing their medical history, social condition, and communicative needs.
  • Develop and implement treatment plans, including the use of amplification, assistive listening devices, aural rehabilitation, and counseling, to minimize the negative impact of hearing and balance disorders.
  • Provide timely, clear, and succinct written communications to treating physicians, ensuring effective collaboration and patient care.
  • Modify diagnostic procedures to meet the needs of individual patients, while maintaining test reliability and validity.
  • Interpret hearing evaluation data within the context of patients' perceptual, social, and communicative needs, developing a rational treatment and monitoring plan.
Requirements:
  • Masters or AuD Degree in Audiology
  • Current license or ability to obtain a license in the state where the role is located
