Role Responsibilities

The Branch Manager is accountable for overseeing all operational functions within a distribution center. This role leads and manages all operational staff associated with the branch.

Qualifications Required

  • Minimum age of 25 years.
  • Previous supervisory experience and at least 3 years in a warehouse environment.
  • Strong computer skills and familiarity with relevant software.
  • Ability to adapt to evolving work processes and effectively train staff on new procedures.

  • Accountable for managing cash and payment transactions, ensuring accurate record-keeping.
  • Responsible for inventory management and cycle counting procedures.
  • Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work environment, ensuring that products are stored properly.
  • Act as the primary leader of the distribution branch, managing resources, enhancing customer service, and fostering employee development.
