Job Summary

  • We are seeking a highly motivated and compassionate Registered Nurse to join our team at Avera Medical Group Physical Medicine & Rehabilitation Sioux Falls. As a Registered Nurse, you will play a vital role in delivering high-quality patient care and contributing to the success of our organization.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide direct patient care, including assessing patient needs, developing and implementing individualized care plans, and evaluating patient outcomes.
  • Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure seamless care coordination and communication.
  • Participate in quality improvement initiatives and contribute to the development of policies and procedures.
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest medical research, technologies, and best practices to provide evidence-based care.

Requirements

  • Graduate from a CCNE or NLN accredited nursing program is strongly preferred.
  • Graduate from an approved nursing program is acceptable.
  • Bachelor's degree in nursing preferred.
  • Licensed as a Registered Nurse in the State of South Dakota and/or meeting the requirements of Multi-state licensure required.
  • Licensed as Registered Nurse in the State of Minnesota may be required depending on patient/job assignment.

Work Schedule

  • Monday-Friday, 8:00am-5:00pm; 80 hours every 2 weeks.

Compensation

The hourly range for this position is listed below. Actual hourly rate dependent upon experience.

  • $39.25 per hour.
