  • Manage onsite damage reporting for the Innovation Group, focusing on preventative measures and critical thinking to ensure a safer and more functional workplace.

Required Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's Degree in Safety or a related technical discipline.
  • A minimum of 3 years of pertinent experience as a safety specialist or manager in a warehouse environment.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, capable of engaging professionally with all organizational levels, including clients and carriers.
  • Ability to effectively prioritize tasks while meeting deadlines.
  • Exceptional analytical and problem-solving abilities paired with a strong work ethic.
  • Willingness to travel between various locations as needed.
  • Ability to provide virtual support to different facilities.
  • Capable of navigating warehouse floors and assembly operations to establish a Health and Safety presence.
  • Dedicated to fostering an inclusive and secure work environment.
  • Maintain constructive and proactive relationships with both management and staff.
