Responsibilities:

* Greet prospective residents and respond to telephone inquiries
* Conduct tours of the community with prospective residents
* Follow up with prospects and close the sale
* Process applications within 24-48 hours
* Type leases and obtain signatures for completion of leases/paperwork prior to move-in

Requirements:

* Positive, can-do attitude and effective team worker
* At least 1 year of experience in leasing, sales, advertising, marketing, or similar
* Bilingual (English-Spanish) is a plus
