Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused Seasonal Beauty Advisor to join our team at Ulta Beauty. As a Seasonal Beauty Advisor, you will be responsible for providing exceptional guest experiences, driving sales, and maintaining a high level of store standards.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide personalized service to guests, answering questions and making recommendations on beauty products and services.
  • Contribute to meeting or exceeding sales goals, while maintaining a high level of guest satisfaction.
  • Stay up-to-date on new products and services, and communicate this knowledge to guests.
  • Maintain a clean and organized store environment, including the sales floor, backroom, and break area.
  • Collaborate with the leadership team to achieve business objectives and support the execution of in-store events.
Requirements
  • High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
  • 1 year of relevant work experience or equivalent combination of education and experience.
  • Ability to work a flexible schedule, including days, evenings, weekends, and holidays.
  • Continuous mobility throughout the store during shift.
