Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Specialty Registered Nurse-Cath Lab to join our team at Riverside Community Hospital. As a member of our Cardiac Cath Lab team, you will play a critical role in ensuring optimal patient care and safety at all times.

Responsibilities
  • Perform all functions related to physiologic recording, scrubbing, and circulation within the catheterization laboratory.
  • Use appropriate knowledge and skills to monitor, assess, and provide nursing intervention to patients prior to, during, and after invasive cardiac procedures.
Requirements
  • Current Registered Nurse License
  • Current ACLS certification
  • Current BCLS certification
  • CCRN preferred
  • Successful completion of cardiac dysrhythmia course
  • Graduate of an accredited school of nursing required
  • AA Degree
  • B.S.N or B.A. preferred
  • 2 years of Full time equivalent or more prior experience in a Cardiac Cath Lab, Critical Care experience, and/or similar nursing experience in interventional procedures

Riverside Community Hospital is a large acute care facility with 517 beds, established in 1901. We have the most extensive Emergency Room and Level I Trauma Center in the Inland Empire region and are the primary recipient of STEMI (heart attack) cases in Riverside County.
