We are seeking a skilled Licensed Clinical Social Worker to join our team at ACI Federal Defunct. As a key member of our interdisciplinary team, you will provide essential social work interventions for inpatient psychiatric patients, ensuring they receive the necessary support for stable community living and recovery.
Key Responsibilities- Conduct psychosocial assessments and provide psychosocial services to patients
- Develop and implement discharge plans to ensure seamless transitions to community-based care
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to achieve treatment goals
- Communicate effectively with patients, family members, and community-based organizations
- Licensed Clinical Social Worker status or eligibility for State Clinical Social Work licensure
- Master's degree in Social Work from an accredited graduate school
- Minimum 1000 hours of postgraduate clinical supervision
- Experience in casework and group work
This is a full-time position with an 8-hour shift, Monday to Friday. The work setting is a community health center, requiring in-person attendance.
