Emergency Department Registered Nurse

Mass General Brigham is seeking a highly skilled Registered Nurse to join our Emergency Department team in Danvers, Massachusetts.
Job Summary:We are looking for a dedicated and compassionate Registered Nurse to provide high-quality patient care in our Emergency Department. As a member of our team, you will be responsible for managing all aspects of the nursing process, including assessing patient needs, developing and implementing individualized care plans, and collaborating with interdisciplinary teams to ensure seamless care delivery.
Responsibilities:- Provide direct patient care, including administering medications, performing procedures, and monitoring patient vital signs.
- Assess patient needs and develop individualized care plans to meet their unique needs.
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams, including physicians, nurses, and other healthcare professionals, to ensure seamless care delivery.
- Participate in quality improvement initiatives to enhance patient care and outcomes.
- Document patient information accurately and thoroughly in electronic medical records.
- Current licensure as a Registered Nurse in the Commonwealth of Massachusetts.
- 2 years of experience as a Registered Nurse in an acute care setting.
- ED experience preferred.
- Graduate of an accredited school of nursing.
- Bachelor's degree preferred.
- ACLS certification preferred.
