Medical Scribe Specialist

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Medical Scribe to join our team at PAIN CARE PHYSICIANS PA.
Key Responsibilities- Document patients' visits by taking accurate and detailed notes and entering them in the electronic health records system.
- Collaborate with healthcare staff to ensure consistent and comprehensive patient documentation.
- Coordinate with doctors to complete and submit medical records in a timely manner.
- Communicate professionally with patients, doctors, and healthcare staff to ensure seamless care.
- Perform administrative tasks as requested to support the team's efforts.
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Previous experience as a Medical Scribe or in a similar position.
- Strong computer and transcription skills.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and adhere to strict confidentiality requirements.
- Excellent time-management skills and ability to work well under pressure.
