About the Role

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Medical Scribe to join our team at PAIN CARE PHYSICIANS PA.

Key Responsibilities
  • Document patients' visits by taking accurate and detailed notes and entering them in the electronic health records system.
  • Collaborate with healthcare staff to ensure consistent and comprehensive patient documentation.
  • Coordinate with doctors to complete and submit medical records in a timely manner.
  • Communicate professionally with patients, doctors, and healthcare staff to ensure seamless care.
  • Perform administrative tasks as requested to support the team's efforts.
Requirements
  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Previous experience as a Medical Scribe or in a similar position.
  • Strong computer and transcription skills.
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and adhere to strict confidentiality requirements.
  • Excellent time-management skills and ability to work well under pressure.
