Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Janitorial Supervisor to join our team at Allied Universal Janitorial Services. As a Janitorial Supervisor, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily cleaning of mall common areas, including restrooms, food court, and other public areas.

Key Responsibilities
  • Supervise and train a team of janitorial staff to ensure high-quality cleaning services.
  • Conduct regular inspections to ensure compliance with cleaning standards and safety protocols.
  • Develop and implement cleaning schedules and procedures to ensure efficient use of resources.
  • Manage inventory and supplies to ensure adequate stock levels.
  • Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless operations and excellent customer service.
Requirements
  • High school diploma or equivalent required.
  • Minimum of one year of supervisory experience in a janitorial or maintenance role.
  • Bilingual Spanish is preferred.
  • Certain positions may require successful completion of a background investigation and a drug screen in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills.
  • Knowledge of cleaning chemicals and supplies.
  • Strong attention to detail and reliability on completing tasks.
  • Possess the integrity and ability to work independently and/or collaboratively in a team environment.
