Job Summary

CHS Inc., a leading global agribusiness, is seeking a skilled Hazmat Driver to join our team. As a Hazmat Driver, you will be responsible for transporting fertilizer and pesticide products to our customers in a safe and timely manner.

Key Responsibilities

  • Ensure accurate and on-time deliveries to customers in a safe and professional manner.
  • Comply with all local, state, and federal laws, including pre-trip and post-trip reporting, proper load securement, and hours of service.
  • Assist in the warehouse when not delivering product.
  • Work extended hours during peak seasons to meet business demands.
  • Maintain and promote a strong safety culture and follow all safety policies, procedures, and regulations.
  • Assist warehouse staff and perform other duties as needed or assigned.

Minimum Qualifications

  • Class A CDL
  • High School diploma or GED
  • Meet minimum age requirement

Additional Qualifications

  • Hazmat, Tanker, and Air Brake endorsements highly preferred
  • Meet DOT and Company requirements
  • Ability to read, write, and communicate in English
  • Ability to work additional hours and occasional Saturdays to meet business demands
  • Bulk liquid experience preferred

Physical Requirements

  • Ability to lift/carry up to 80 lbs, walk, stand, sit, bend, and kneel
