Key Responsibilities

  • Communicate patient progress and concerns to supervisors and team members, and assist with patient scheduling and documentation.
  • Document patient care in accordance with regulatory, licensing, and accrediting requirements.
  • Provide education and training to patient families and nursing staff on follow-through programs and rehabilitation techniques.
  • Maintain a safe and clean work environment, adhering to company standards and regulatory requirements.
  • Perform other duties as assigned, in accordance with the Company's Code of Business Conduct and applicable laws.
Requirements
  • Master's degree from an accredited Physical Therapy program.
  • Current and unrestricted Physical Therapy license in the state where services are rendered.
  • Current CPR certification.
  • Strong organizational and communication skills.
