$40 per hour

Weekly pay schedule.

Health insurance options available for Full-Time Employees (minimum of 30 hours per week required).

Work Schedule:
36 hours/week with 12-hour shifts (7am-7pm) and overnight (7pm-7am)

40 hours/week with 8-hour shifts (3pm-11:30pm)

Weekend shifts required every other week.

Availability for 1 major summer and 1 major winter holiday is necessary.

Interview Process:
Phone interviews conducted by GRH Savannah.


Orientation sessions occur on the 1st and 16th of each month (if these dates fall on a weekend or holiday, the orientation will be held on the next business day) from 8am-5pm.


Position Overview:
Deliver comprehensive care, treatment, and support for patients. May oversee the duties of other staff members and assume the role of Charge Nurse/Shift Supervisor as necessary. Operates under general supervision, exercising moderate discretion in nursing judgment and initiative. Executes nursing responsibilities within designated areas and assigned shifts.

Conducts both basic and advanced nursing tasks to meet the health requirements of individuals, including collecting laboratory samples and performing health assessments.

Remains updated on and adheres to all agency, facility, and unit policies and procedures.

Qualifications:
Successful completion of Drug Screen and Fingerprint check.

A minimum of 1 year of experience in Corrections or Psychiatric nursing is required.

Licensure and Certification:
Active Nursing License

Current American Heart Association BLS certification

Current Tuberculosis screening (Chest X-ray required for positive TB results)

Current Influenza vaccination (Medical and Religious exemptions available)
