Job Overview

As an Automotive Sales/ Assistant Manager at Belle Tire, you will play a key role in driving sales growth and leading our team to success.

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced professional to join our team as an Automotive Sales/ Assistant Manager. In this role, you will be responsible for building strong customer relationships, managing cash drawers, directing workflow, meeting sales goals, and providing exceptional customer service.

Responsibilities:

  • Customer Relations: Build trust with customers by providing personalized solutions to their automotive needs.
  • Sales Performance: Meet and exceed daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets while maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction.
  • Team Leadership: Direct and motivate the service department team to achieve excellence in customer service and sales performance.
  • Cash Handling: Manage cash drawers accurately and maintain daily cash reconciliation.

Requirements:

  • Qualifications: High school diploma or equivalent required. Valid driver's license and ability to lift up to 75 pounds.
  • Communication Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively interact with customers, employees, and management.
