The Process Engineer plays a critical role in all aspects of process engineering, from project implementation to mentoring less-experienced engineers. This individual will lead incident investigations, develop best practices, and manage capital projects while serving as a leader in areas of project implementation and innovation.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in process engineering, with experience in managing capital projects, overseeing process design, and coordinating with outside engineering firms. They will work closely with cross-functional teams to develop innovative solutions, enhance existing systems, and improve overall productivity.

In this role, you will:

  • Support capital projects as Direct Project Manager or Process Engineer, coordinating with outside engineering/construction firms
  • Oversee process design projects, ensuring efficient and safe functioning of all processes related to product manufacturing
  • Design processes and equipment related to product development and commercialization, balancing cost-effectiveness and project budgets
  • Improve process capability and production volume while maintaining and improving quality standards
