Position Summary:
This role operates on a B-Shift schedule (7:00pm - 7:00am on Sundays, Mondays, Tuesdays, and alternate Saturdays).
Key Responsibilities:
  • Supervise Safety, Quality, and Productivity within the Converting department.
  • Provide daily technical support to the assigned manufacturing area.
  • Facilitate employee training to boost efficiency and uphold quality standards.
  • Enforce Company and Safety Policies.
  • Oversee staffing within designated departments.
  • Collaborate with support teams on production-related issues.
  • Maintain rigorous plant housekeeping standards.
  • Assist fellow Production Supervisors as needed.
Required Qualifications:
  • Excellent communication skills.
  • Strong leadership, analytical, and mentoring abilities.
  • Exceptional organizational skills to manage multiple tasks and priorities.
  • Willingness to work a 24/7 schedule with 12-hour shifts across various workweeks.
  • Professional interaction skills at all organizational levels.
Preferred Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering or a related technical field, with a minimum of 2 years of experience in a manufacturing environment.
  • At least 2 years of supervisory experience in manufacturing or relevant leadership roles.
  • Proficient in PC usage and familiar with MS Office applications.
