We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Lead HVAC Technician to join our team. As a key member of our commercial and residential HVAC team, you will be responsible for leading a team of technicians and ensuring the delivery of high-quality services to our clients.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead a team of HVAC technicians in the installation, maintenance, and repair of commercial and residential HVAC systems.
  • Develop and implement effective strategies to improve team performance and efficiency.
  • Collaborate with project managers and clients to ensure seamless project execution and customer satisfaction.
  • Provide technical guidance and support to junior technicians to ensure they have the necessary skills and knowledge to perform their duties.
  • Conduct site visits to assess and diagnose HVAC system issues and develop solutions to resolve them.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry developments and best practices to ensure our team is equipped with the latest knowledge and skills.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of commercial HVAC service experience.
  • Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to motivate and guide a team.
  • Excellent technical knowledge of commercial HVAC systems, including installation, maintenance, and repair.
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks to meet deadlines.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to think critically and make sound decisions.
  • High school diploma or equivalent required; degree in a related field preferred.
