About the Role

Aramark is seeking a Senior Healthcare Food Service Operations Director to lead patient feeding operations for SE Iowa Medical Center in West Burlington.

This role will support the Patient Services Operation in the Food & Nutrition Department and be responsible for developing and executing dining solutions to meet patient and customer needs and tastes.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage patient food service activities, adhering to established standards and protocols.
  • Lead patient service staff to ensure meals are properly prepared and delivered to patients, maintaining high levels of quality and safety.
  • Conduct regular rounds on patients and departments to monitor progress and address concerns.
  • Oversee the diet office and the service ambassador program, ensuring seamless execution and exceptional customer service.
  • Record and maintain accurate safety and sanitation compliance records, guaranteeing a safe environment for all stakeholders.
