Maintenance Hourly Position

We are seeking a skilled Maintenance Hourly to join our team at JBS USA. As a key member of our maintenance team, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of our facilities and equipment.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Perform routine maintenance tasks to prevent equipment failure and ensure optimal performance.
  • Install, program, and troubleshoot electrical equipment, including ventilation controllers and alarm systems.
  • Diagnose and repair electrical problems, working independently and collaboratively with other team members.
  • Ensure compliance with safety protocols and regulations, including arc flash PPE and proper use.
  • Participate in ongoing training and education to stay up-to-date with industry developments and best practices.
Requirements:
  • 2+ years of experience in farm maintenance or electrical work.
  • Current Texas electrical apprentice license.
  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Valid driver's license.
Working Conditions:

This role requires the ability to work in a fast-paced environment with exposure to heat, cold, noise, dust, and moving equipment. You must be able to lift over 50 pounds and stand for extended periods.
