Test Equipment Production Manager

Boeing is seeking an experienced Test Equipment Production Manager to lead our team in El Segundo, CA. This role will manage the production of System Level Special Test Equipment (STE) for the Satellite Factory.
Key Responsibilities:- Lead employees performing kitting, production, manufacturing, assembly, and support of Specialized Satellite Test Equipment.
- Develop and execute integrated departmental plans, policies, and procedures.
- Acquire resources for department activities and provide daily management and scheduling of teammates.
- Manage, develop, and motivate employees, including represented teammates.
- Develop a culture wherein Safety and Quality concerns are actively identified, assessed, and managed.
- Partner with Design Engineering to perform First Article Inspections & Functional checkout of products.
- Support preventative maintenance, incorporation of engineering change requests, and inventory management.
- Daily management of labs and inventory for test equipment production.
- Lead 5S and audit activities in the labs.
- Bachelor of Science degree from an accredited course of study in engineering, engineering technology, chemistry, physics, mathematics, data science, or computer science.
- 1+ years of experience leading teams.
- Active U.S. Secret Security Clearance (U.S. Citizenship Required).
