Job Overview

We are seeking a skilled Collision Repair Specialist to join our team at Bell & Bell GMC in Little River, South Carolina.

Estimated Salary: $55,000 - $70,000 per year

The successful candidate will be responsible for repairing and maintaining vehicles in the body shop department, ensuring customer satisfaction and the safe operation of the vehicles.

Responsibilities:
  • Perform cosmetic repairs on vehicles, including painting, dent removal, and scratch repair.
  • Conduct frame repairs to correct any alignment issues.
  • Repair and replace damaged vehicle components, such as doors, fenders, and hoods.
  • Inspect vehicles for structural damage and perform necessary repairs.
  • Collaborate with other technicians, painters, and estimators to ensure efficient workflow and completion of repairs.
Requirements:
  • Proven experience as a Collision Repair Specialist or similar role.
  • Excellent knowledge of automotive repair techniques and tools.
  • Proficiency in frame straightening and cosmetic repairs.
  • Detail-oriented with the ability to identify and diagnose issues accurately.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently.
  • Ability to lift heavy objects and stand for long periods.
  • Valid driver's license and clean driving record.
